SEMINARS are designed to help individuals identify and overcome the obstacles and fears that inhibit them from pursuing their passion(s), freeing them to experience the fullness of life in a world dying to control. For large groups, seminars are typically held in an auditorium setting; while for smaller groups, a warmer, more personal settings works best.  The three seminars currently being offered are:

  • Dying to Control: Life in the 21st Century
  • Dying to Control: Marriage in the 21st Century
  • Dying to Control: Parenting in the 21st Century

LECTURES are academic applications of Dying to Control in the fields of philosophy, religion, and anthropology. Although designed for college and seminary settings, lectures can be contextualized to suit a variety of audiences. The eight lectures currently being offered are:

Philosophy

  • Does “Good” and “Evil” exist in a Post-Modern World?
  • The Post-Modern Quest for Truth

Religion

Anthropology

  • The Evolution of Culture
  • Why Can’t We All Just Get Along?
  • Digging Up the Truth, the Whole Truth, and Nothing but the Truth

WORKSHOPS are designed for organizations that want to engage a Dying to Control seminar or lecture within its organization’s culture. Workshops are most often held at churches or retreat centers and can be customized to suit the interests and objectives of most any group.
